Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about PomoFit. Can't find the answer you're looking for? Reach out to our support team.

What is the Pomodoro Technique?
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method where you work in focused 25-minute intervals (called pomodoros) separated by short breaks. PomoFit enhances this by turning your breaks into quick exercise sessions to keep your body active.
Do I need an account to use PomoFit?
No! You can start using the PomoFit timer right away without creating an account. An account is only needed if you want to track your progress and access Pro features like custom planning and statistics.
What exercises are included?
PomoFit comes with a built-in library of exercises across categories like stretching, strength, and mobility. Pro subscribers can also create their own custom exercises and plan specific exercises for each day of the week.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
How does the Leaderboard work?
The Leaderboard is fully opt-in — your data is never shared unless you choose to participate. Once you opt in from your dashboard, you can compete with other Pro users across three leaderboard categories: Focus Time (total minutes spent in pomodoro sessions), Exercises Completed (number of exercise sessions finished), and Per Exercise (rankings for individual exercises like push-ups or squats). You can opt out at any time.
What is the music integration?
Everyone gets free built-in lofi livestreams to listen to during focus sessions. Pro subscribers can also connect their own YouTube playlists to play their favorite focus music. The music automatically pauses during exercise breaks and resumes when your next pomodoro starts.
